What is EasyLinkMail?
EasyLinkMail builds a single conversation from multiple emails.  EasyLinkMail goes beyond the simple grouping by subject method found in email programs.  EasyLinkMail selects related emails based on the content of the start of a conversation.  It also automatically appends incoming emails to the appropriate conversation.  There are no rules, filters or manual specifications for you to define.

What is EasyCombineMail?
EasyCombineMail combines emails that you have selected into one email.  The resulting email lists the content in chronological order while removing duplicates.  You can use this product to consolidate emails for archiving, reporting or maintaining email threads.

What is EasyExportMail?
EasyExportMail exports any selected emails to an Excel spreadsheet.  In the new spreadsheet, the exported emails will be displayed in chronological order in columnar format.  This is an ideal tool to extract email addresses, build responses and annotate comments alongside the emails.   Microsoft Outlook 2003/2007 and Microsoft Excel 2003/2007 are required.

What is EasyMailTrimmer?
During email conversations, emails are accumulated that are already part of another email.  These emails not only takes up precious mailbox space but they also clutter your Inbox.  EasyMailTrimmer automatically identifies emails that are redundant and presents a tree view of the results.  You can then tell the system to remove all redundant emails or move them to a local folder.

Does EasyLinkMail affect my regular Outlook operations?
EasyLinkMail retrieves emails and builds conversations in a separate folder outside of Outlook.  It does not affect your normal email operations. 

What if I use Gmail/Yahoo/Hotmail?
As long as you use Outlook 2003/2007, you can use EasyMail Suite products.  This means that you need to add Gmail/Yahoo/Hotmail account to your Outlook POP3 or IMAP mail service in order to use EasyMail Suite products.
